Mid October last year, I ordered a package of 4 filters from Amazon. Few days later, the filters arrived with the box was opened and each individual filter was in opened (almost) clear no-brand plastic bag with water drops inside. At the time, I didn't return or complain to Amazon because I thought all filters were rinse and packaged that way from manufacture. Until last week, I was about to reorder the filter and found few reviews say Amazon sold used filters. I switched to order from another online store to see the different. The shipping take a bit longer than expected (1 week). But the box is in good shape and sealed with sticker. Inside the box all filers are individual put in manufacturer sealed packages.
