I bought this after I broke my Bissel. It came from Best Buy. I paid for the extended warranty. At the time the closest Best Buy to my home was about 30 minutes away. I got it home, put water and cleaner in it and turned it on. The brushes didn't spin. I read the manual again and called Hoover. They just told me to exchange it. I exchanged it, brought a new one home and cleaned my carpet. It worked for about 3 weeks and the brushes broke again. (I used it to clean up after my dog that liked to get into flower pots) The same thing happened to 2 others. The last one leaked really bad. I went through 4 of Hoover cleaners before I took the last one back to Best Buy and got my money back.
