The machine was easy to use and very efficient. The attachments work well and I like the fact that there is no bag with potential festering little insects in my closet. My only criticism is the machine is a bit heavy and cleaning all the parts is a pain but worth the time and effort for peace of mind. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. It does the job beautifully and the bagless feature and HEPA filter have greatly reduced allergic reactions.
