We purchased one of these a couple years ago and my wife loved it.
Moved to the east coast and it didn't make the trip well. The tri-pod broke into many pieces which rendered the product useless. We bought another one to replace the old one. As long has it stays in its position in the laundry room, it does what it's supposed to do well.
