
An order was placed for 6 filters from allergybgone, payment was made via credit card and I recieved a confirmation email from amazon and allergybegone. One month later we still had not recieved the product and I sent an email asking the status. A reply was sent back with a USPS tracking number. When the tracking number was entered it showed the tracking of the package along with a delivery date and a google map which showed the package had been delivered to a field on the other side of town. I contacted the customer service number and talked to Chole from allergybegone and was told that she couldn't help me, I would need to contact my local post office and hope they could help, and in her opionion Google maps were inaccurate. The local post office was unable to help. I called allergybegone back and Jason, the supervisor advised they would refund the money but not re-send the package.
