I bought this product at the same time I bought my new Bissell Proheat Carpet cleaner. Altho pricy, this product definitely gets stains out. For deepset stains, such as pet stains or coffee, follow the procedure of pre-spraying and then wait 1 - 3 minutes before scrubbing with your carpet cleaner. I would also suggest that you then wash and rinse the stained area with the regular brush action of the steam cleaning unit. When buying concentrated product, consider diluting even more than they say as I feel it creates a lot of suds. I didn't like that this product did not ship from Amazon with my unit. So I had to wait to clean my carpets until the product arrived.
