There is nothing fancy about this product. It is composed of two pieces of plastic. All you have to do is insert the hook portion into the ring that holds the ties. The ties fit nicely and snuggly onto the ring without slipping. The tie ring swivels easily while hung in the closet. I find this product more compact and useful at under five dollars than much more expensive tie options. I bought two and will happily buy more if the need ever arises.
