Euro-Pro Shark S3101 Electric Steam Mop Best Quality


We purchased the Shark Steam Bottle-SC618A and Steam Mop-model S3101N. The Steam Bottle barely works, and the Steam Mop worked, but suddenly stopped after 4 months. We contacted Euro-Pro technical support, and the customer service representative was from another country and she could barely speak English. I had to spell every word to her, and she did the same with me. She told me to ship the Steam mop for repair to N.C., and I was responsible for the shipping cost. She also told me to enclose a check for $9.95 for return shipping. Our package was delivered Feb. 5, 2010 by UPS to the N.C facility, and we still have not received it. We have contacted Euro- Pro's customer service several times since then, and each time they tell us it will be shipped within a week, and then we never receive it. The last time we called, the customer service person told us we will have to be patient.
